We realise how difficult it is to buy Designer shoes and accessories without trying them first, therefore we make 100% guarantee that if there is any fault with any item purchased from us, return them for a replacement or refund. Please return your merchandise within 7 days of receipt.

How to Order

Simply navigate through the site, choosing from the different categories. You can purchase the shoes and accessories of your choice based on the thumbnail image presented or you can view a bigger image of the items by clicking on the name shoes or accessories. Either way, you can add the products to your “basket” and continue shopping or you can buy the shoes. If at anytime you have any questions or problems, please call us at our 01993 822 879.

Shipping

Orders received by 6pm on any given day will be shipped within 28 days. If any items are out of stock, you will be contacted by Customer Service and be advised of the availability and shipping dates. Please Note-Because shipping costs vary for orders shipped out of the United Kingdom, we will not know in advance the shipping costs. If this is the case, we will e-mail you the shipping costs once we’ve received your order.

Returns

Please call 01993 822 879 to get authorisation for all returns. We need to know what the items are and when it was purchased, and if you are exchanging or returning the merchandise. All returned orders must be in the same conditions and packaging when purchased. The Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned order. Failure to comply with these automatically rules any refund out.
